UNO Announces Ticket, Game Day Procedures for May 17 LSU Game

Tickets On-Sale Now for UNO-LSU, Remaining Baseball Games

NEW ORLEANS – Due to increased ticket demands, the University of New Orleans has announced its ticket and game day operating procedures for students and fans interested in attending the UNO-LSU baseball game on May 17 at Maestri Field.

General Information
  • Parking will be $5 per vehicle, cash only - all entrants are asked to enter at Press Drive (between UNO East Campus and SUNO)
  • Maestri Field is a general admission seating facility
  • The 'Blue Zoo' behind the UNO dugout on the third base line will be designated Privateer fan seating
  • Per regular operating procedures, there will be no re-entry, pets or outside food and drink. Umbrellas will not be allowed nor is smoking permitted in the bleachers.
  • Gates to the ballpark and the UNO Ticket Office will open at 4:30 p.m.
  • The Privateer Athletic Foundation (PAF) will host a tailgate beginning at 4:30 p.m.

General Admission

Individual game tickets are presently on sale for the UNO-LSU baseball game and all other Privateer home baseball contests.

Tickets for the LSU game are $15 for adults and $10 for children under the age of 12. The tickets can be purchased at the Lakefront Arena Box Office TicketMaster.com or by calling the UNO athletic department at (504) 280-6102.

Students

Students planning on attending the game will need to reserve a game coupon by presenting a valid UNO student ID for admission.

An allotment of student game coupons can be picked up at the UNO Athletic Center, located at 6601 Franklin Avenue, beginning on Mar. 28 and continuing through May 2 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Students will need to present a valid ID when reserving their game coupon. Students can then pick up their game ticket at 'Will Call' on game day.

Coupons are limited and will be distributed to students on a first-come, first-serve basis. Coupons will entitle the holder with a verifiable student ID to one general admission ticket.

After May 2, all unclaimed student tickets will be made available to the public.
