2012-13 (SENIOR SEASON)
Named Southland Conference Player of the Week on Apr. 9 after going 3-1 over three duals, including a 2-1 singles’ mark and a 1-0 doubles’ result… Results during SLC POTW nomination period included victories against Auburn-Montgomery and Loyola, with a lone loss versus LSU… Posted 14-10 record in singles’ play during campaign including team-best 12 wins (to nine losses) in spring… Key victories included wins at No. 2 position against Alcorn State, Prairie View A&M and Loyola… Also added victories at No. 3 against Louisiana Freshman of the Year Kyle Montrel, Lamar, Auburn-Montgomery and Jackson State… In doubles’ play, was All-Southland second-team selection and No. 2 doubles’ champion with Rui Silva…   Duo defeated Nicholls, Texas-Pan American and Oral Roberts… Posted a 12-5 record in doubles’ play including a best of 6-2 with Vinay Kamineni… Wins with Kamineni included three in a row to end season – Jackson State in regular season finale, before besting Nicholls (8-6) and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (9-7) in Southland Conference tournament.

2011-12 (REDSHIRT SEASON)
Sat out 2011-12 to allow eligibility to continue into conference championship eligible 2012-13.

2010-11 (JUNIOR SEASON)
Posted a 15-2 mark overall in singles' play, including 10-2 mark in dual season and 5-0 record in tournament play... Results included 3-0 at No. 2, 5-1 at No. 3, 0-1 at No. 4 and 2-0 at No. 5... Ended season on eight-match win streak.... In fall season, advanced to finals at West Florida, besting teammate Hossam Meligy 6-1, 6-4 in championship match... Run to finals included three-set victory over Jimmy Martineau of West Florida in quarterfinals... During regular season, wins included Division I victories over Jackson State, Alcorn State... In doubles' play, combined with Vinay Kamineni for a 10-4 overall mark and 8-3 dual record, all matches at No. 2... Also teammed with Joshua Marx to post 2-0 record at No. 2... With Kamineni, defeated Division I Lamar... Wins with Marx against Spring Hill and Loyola (New Orleans).

2009-10 (SOPHOMORE SEASON)

Went 7-14 overall and 6-11 in dual play...In the fall, posted a straight sets victory over Markus Wessinghage of Southern Miss...Primarily played No. 4 where he was 5-5, while dropping all six matches at No. 5 and winning his lone match at No. 6 against Tulane's Ethram Frankel (Apr. 20)...Other top wins came against Marquette, Southern Miss and UT-Pan Ameriacn while playing at the No. 4 position...Posted matching 2-3 marks with Ben Smith and Guilherme Rebolo, as part of a 5-12 doubles' campaign in the spring...Zaki and Rebolo defeated foes from UAB and William Carey to go 2-0 at the Southern Miss Invite in the fall...Zaki defeated Prairie View and UT-San Antonio while paired with Ben Smith with a crucial 8-4 victory over Tulane's Etham Frenkel and Trevor Getz on Feb. 20 with Rohit Chivukula.

2008-09 (FRESHMEN SEASON)

Gained eligibility midway through the spring season, making debut at No. 14 LSU (2/28) in a match which was not completed, before picking up a win against Xavier (3/6)....Went 4-3 during the dual season, posting a 1-1 mark at No. 5 and 3-2 record at No. 6...Started collegiate career with a 4-0 mark, before suffering first loss against Southern Illinois (3/13)...Win at No. 5 came against Lamar (3/11)...Teamed with Guilherme Rebolo to post a 3-1 mark at the No. 2 doubles' position, winning first three matches, before like singles' losing first match against SIU.

PRE-NEW ORLEANS
Was ranked as high as No. 3 in U18 in Eygpt...Participated in Arabian Championship Tournament, most recently as 2008, reaching the semifinals in singles play and the finals in doubles...Reached the doubles' final of an ITF tournament in Burundi in 2007 in doubles...Reached the semifinals of ITF tournament in Libya (2007)...Reached quarterfinals of ITF tournaments in Kenya, Uganda, Algeria, Qatar and Eygpt...Top ranking of No. 350 in ITF ranking...Won Eygpt National Club Tournament with El-Gazira team three times (U14, U16 and U18)...Graduated from Mansoura American School in Eygpt
