Updated Schedules - Men - Women
NEW ORLEANS – The University of New Orleans basketball doubleheader at Lakefront Arena scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 7 has been moved to a 12 p.m. start in consideration of the New Orleans Saints' playoff contest.
Originally slated to begin at 4:30 p.m., the UNO women's game against Lindenwood will lead things off at 12 p.m. The men's game will follow at 2:15 p.m. against Concordia-Selma.
Due to the time change, the Lady Privateers game will not be aired as originally scheduled on WGSO 990 AM. The men's contest will still be aired on WGSO 990 AM with a pre-game show beginning at 2 p.m.
Both games are slated to be broadcast live on the UNO Showcase that is available at UNOPrivateers.com.
This is the second men's game moved for the Privateers, who previously announced in December that its Monday, Jan. 9 game against Champion Baptist would take place on Wednesday, Jan. 11. The start time remains 7 p.m. at Lakefront Arena.
